PEB 3060

PEB 3060 is a carbon black concentrate masterbatch suitable for high-quality film applications in advanced materials. PEB 3060 contains 40% carbon black particles sized 20-25nm along with flow promoters for excellent dilution properties. As a carbon black concentrate, PEB 3060 provides UV protection and gloss finish which are highly beneficial for applications requiring protection from UV degradation like films and geomembranes used in advanced materials. PEB 3060 can be directly fed or preblended and typically uses 6.25% addition for optimal UV shielding at 2.5% carbon black level. Its precise particle dispersion and processability make PEB 3060 well-suited for producing thin, uniform advanced material films and components with high optical properties.
