VF-VB3-75-1220-53-SHT
VF-VB3-75-1220-53-SHT is an ideal vacuum bagging film for advanced material applications. As a cast PTFE film with a chemical etch on one side, VF-VB3-75-1220-53-SHT ensures excellent adhesion to sealant tapes. It can be used as a protective barrier bonded to substrate materials like prepreg or uncured rubber products such as caul plates and intensifier pads used in advanced material manufacturing. VF-VB3-75-1220-53-SHT has extremely high elongation at elevated temperatures up to 315°C/600°F, making it suitable for the high-temperature processes required by advanced material manufacturers. Its high tensile strength of 30MPa/4300PSI and 550% elongation at break also make it durable enough to withstand the demands of advanced material fabrication techniques.
