VFS-300R-70-300-200-LFT

300R is a high-performance vacuum bagging film ideally suited for fabrication of hollow composite structures. The product withstands high pressures and self-releases (one side only) from composite prepregs, compatible with most commercially available resin systems used in advanced material applications. 300R features 70 micrometer thickness and wide roll widths up to 450mm ideal for large part fabrication. It develops high tensile strength of 40MPa in transverse direction and 38MPa in machine direction critical for withstanding forces in structural advanced material components. The product allows fabrication of complex hollow geometries with its flexibility and elongation properties up to 360% and 350% respectively in transverse and machine directions.
