ANTRANCINE 303A is a liquid easy to dose formulation for food applications containing TBHQ (20 %) as well as citric acid, in an optimised carrier blend, ensuring a very easy dissolution in oil. This antioxidant system is a good choice for frying applications. It helps prevent oxidation, rancidity and polymerisation (leading to increased viscosity) in frying oils, extending their usability.
