MAXINVERT L 2400

MAXINVERT L 2400 is an enzyme preparation suitable for food use containing B-fructofuranosidase (invertase) derived from a selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. MAXINVERT L 2400 provides 2400 SU/ml of standardised invertase activity for inversion of sucrose into invert sugar. This enzyme aids in production of confectionaries and other applications where invert sugar is required. MAXINVERT L 2400 helps food manufacturers achieve the desired sweetness and texture through controlled hydrolysis of sucrose into glucose and fructose.
