SPHERIGLASS 1821 CP-03

SPHERIGLASS 1821 CP-03 is an inorganic soda lime glass microspheres product used as a functional filler. It offers unique advantages when used in coating and building material systems. SPHERIGLASS 1821 CP-03 disperses evenly, packs closely and wets-out easily in resin compounds improving properties. It enhances performance and reduces reject rates in production. The solid smooth transparent spherical shape of SPHERIGLASS 1821 CP-03 provides non-flammability, low surface area, uniform dispersion and high abrasion resistance beneficial for coating and material applications. Its high compressive strength and low shrinkage improves durability of finished products. It is also often used as a spacer in adhesives. 90% of the beads are between 180 and 300 microns in size. SPHERIGLASS 1821 CP-03 is available coated with coupling agents suited to a wide variety of resin chemistries.
