ANTRANCINE 19

ANTRANCINE 19 is a liquid formulation for food products, containing the antioxidant propyl gallate in propylene glycol. Citric acid is added as a sequestrian agent. It is suitable for vegan products. ANTRANCINE 19 can be added into fat or oil of 60 °C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. ANTRANCINE 19 is an effective solution for food manufacturers to prevent lipid oxidation and rancidity in their products.
